These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of http://localhost:3000 and related services operated by Sample 5 Media Ltd. ("Sample 5", "we", "us").

By accessing or using Sample 5, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

We verify offers using automated and manual processes, but merchants control final pricing, eligibility, and checkout acceptance. A listed code may not apply to every cart, region, or product.

We are not responsible for merchant websites, products, shipping, returns, privacy practices, or checkout outcomes.

Any transaction you complete with a merchant is solely between you and that merchant.

The Sample 5 name, logo, design, editorial content, and software are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may share links to our pages and use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes unless we grant written permission otherwise.

Sample 5 is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that any coupon will work, remain available, or produce a specific discount amount.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sample 5 and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of USD $100 or the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sample 5 from claims arising out of your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if necessary to protect the platform or other users.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence may also apply.
